If you're like me, you would like to know how to lose belly fat but you don't have the time to get to the gym. Ideally, the most productive way I've found for shedding pounds has been to mix a correct diet with full body exercises.

If I was watching television, any time there had been a commercial I'd do as many push ups as I could before the show came back on.
When I was home studying, after each chapter I'd do as many of each of those exercises I mentioned above and then continue to read.
If I could not sleep at night, I'd go out for a jog.
Anything to start my body to lose blubber, I'd try to do.
At last, my tricky work paid off and I was prepared to lower my body fat down to a measly 4%.
